Rocking out for Reconciliation! by Rosie Southwood
Even oldies can rock out for reconciliation! This is my mum Mez and little brother Dez rocking out at the Powderchair concert in Sydney. Working in Indigenous affairs means that I can start reconciliation conversations with many people who have not previously thought about the issues (even my dad talks reconciliation at the golf club!). All it will take is a little bit of courage and a sense of inquiry, and soon everyone will be talking (and acting, I hope) reconciliaiton. |
